Guest Speaking on 9/28/2010

I had a guest speaker, Mr. Kumu Ramsay Taun in my class at HPU on September 29, 2010. He came from Life Enhancement Institute of the Pacific. He taught us many things.

                There are 4 x 4 little squares in the grid, but how many squares are there in total ?

There were many answers like 16, 21, and so on.

We see things defferently since we have different points of view and perspective.

We learned we have many different points of view and perspective, and it is important to seek to know different ones to view things and the world differently.

We learn things mostly through observation which is the best way to do it.

Being comes from belonging. For example to me, I am a student because I belong HPU.

Money, energy, and food come from air, land, and sea. I can say we can live without the earth.

We should consider not only about carrying capacity of the land but also about caring capacity of us.

He guide us by saying "Promise yourself to be strong that nothing disturbs your peace of mind."

I appreciate his teaching. I leaned much about view and perspective.
